It was very difficult to find products for alternative families and I am grateful to have found this item. The pages are great and it really normalizes/validates our family for our child.

We were very excited from the description but very disappointed when the book arrived. The paper is just basic flimsy printer paper which will definitely not last and many of the pages were just plain boring. For example the family tree was just several boxes (which were too small to actually put names in) and then just lines below. So many baby books are just beautiful and it was really depressing to finally find one that would work for two mothers with a s donor but was so poor in quality. We have returned the book.

This is such a great book for the single parent or same sex couple. It allows you to add or delete pages that are important or not to your family. Traditional baby books that have a mom and a dad for baby would have a lot of blank spaces where this one you can only include the pages relevant so that the child gets a full picture of his/her family without wondering why all the blank spaces.

This is the best baby book for single parent families that I found. The pages are nicely done and good quality. I like that there is plenty of blank space so I can write in whatever I want. I wish it had more pockets to store keepsakes. The front cover is a little to bland, I'm still trying to figure out how to customize it, but it is durable it won't tear with age.

Great book for me as a single mother. I love the alternative options and the ability to remove pages. I would have loved to have more cover choices. I am using two for my twins and I would like to be able to have different covers to tell them apart.

Its so nice for my baby to have a book that reflects who SHE is -- that she has 2 mommies, for instance. It's very hard to find a baby book for alternative families but this one is great.

We are a lesbian couple expecting a new addition to our family. I have 2 older children and my partner is pregnant. We wanted a baby book that is friendly for our family, which this book is, however I feel that the quality of this product was not worth the high price that we paid. It will serve our purpose though.

I am using the baby memory book to document all memories and information that we may forget over time when life is so busy and hectic everyday. This book is perfect for new gay parents or single parent as majority of baby memory book has "mom" and "dad" portions. What if there's no mother or father in the picture? or two fathers? or two mothers?
This book only is provided with one design - needs to be more creative with book cover - maybe two or three different kind of design - for baby boy and baby girl.
