I bought this for my daughter. She used it to record the first time she her child's heartbeat. That is something you will only hear one time and now it is a permanent part of the child's baby book. Only thing is it would be nice if it was longer and could record multiple times, until you want to permanently keep what you have recorded.

These recorders are awesome. They're easy to use and easy to decorate to match the scrapbook they're going into. We purchased two and recorded our son's heartbeat from the NST monitors and his first cries. Those are definitly sounds we dont want to ever forget and these recorders are perfect for that.

This is the most amazing product! Not only can you use it to capture your kids/babies talking, why not get the parent or grandparent talking to the child? And the coolest thing I have done lately is get my baby's heartbeat before she was even born! Yep, it worked at my ultrasound. And I know they don't look cute at the start but that is why it is covered with the paper... you can paint and decorate them to fit in with whatever you are using it for! Brilliant!!!

I *really* like the idea of the pages talk recorder. It's compact, easy to use and a concept (to be able to record your child's voice as part of baby album) that is long overdue. The only draw back of this product is that it's a one shot: you can only record your baby's voice on it once! I love the idea, but for the price, I think that I should get more than a 30 second one-shot!
