This is fine for a decorative piece, even a good value and very pretty. However, I was shopping for a toy, not a keepsake. This is no fault of this website, as it is my fault I didn't notice the entire description of this rattle, the part that says decorative and not intended for use by infants. I paid more attention to the other review that said it was the perfect size for an infant. I'm not sure what's so great about keeping something a baby didn't even use.
