As a single mother-to-be (and also a person who is big into genealogy and record keeping) it is very important to me to keep a baby book for my daughter. I looked in many stores and websites, and was disappointed to find nothing but baby books that assume that the parents of the child are together/married. These books did not allow pages to be easily removed, and I didn't want to leave blank pages. I finally found this book, and it is EXACTLY what I have been searching for! It is post-bound, so I can add and remove pages as necessary. They also have additional page kits available to customize your book for special parenting situations, religions, etc. The price is higher than for a generic baby book, but it is made from quality materials, comes in a nice box, and is absolutely beautiful! If I would have seen it in a store, I would have expected to pay twice as much. Well worth the money. I will definitely buy another Tessera book in the future.

Love the size and quality of this book. The ability to remove and add pages is great. I also really like the style of this baby book. It is very classy rather than being too cutesy.
