These socks are adorable. However, from the picture online, I was expecting to receive 3 pairs of socks and was a little surprised to find that I had been sent just one pair. Looking back at the [...] site, I guess it doesn't specifically say 3 pairs, but this was the impression from the picture. Also, the picture shows 3 different pairs of socks. I never was given the option to chose the style. I was just randomly sent a pair at the company's choosing? I would have been happier to know exactly what I was getting. Since there was no phone number on the receipt in the mail, I thought it was too much trouble to go through the red tape online and resolve the issue. A contact telephone number would have been nice so I could quickly resolve resolve the misunderstanding.
