Comments about Grandparent Gift Company Baby's First Christmas Handprint Ornament:

I love this ornament and used it with my son who is now almost 4. It is still one of my very favorite ornaments on our tree. I found the gold ink pad easy to use, and it has held up well all these years. I actually came to this site to get another one for my daughter who is now 4 months old. I had a very different experience than the other reviewer, and just love this keepsake.

Comments about Grandparent Gift Company Baby's First Christmas Handprint Ornament:

I actually bought this for myself, as I love things with my kids handprints on it. This product was a HUGE disappointment! You are given a tiny square "ink pad" that doesn't even provide enough ink for an adult to make a fingerprint on paper that shows up. So you are expected to rub this little square ink all over your baby's hand, while they squirm of course, and then get their hand down to make a print, on the 1 sheet of paper they give you. If you do get the ink to work, but make a mistake, you are out of luck if you don't get the print just right the first time. I ended up, sadly, throwing the whole thing, and my money in the trash!
