It is quite cute and soft. My only complaints are that 1) it is not the Christmas red pictured (it's more of a tomato red than cherry red) and 2) the ribbon on the top is so high that it spends most of its time in my daughter's mouth. Neither were really a big deal though, and we have received a lot of compliments on it :)
