Very cute. It's smaller than what was stated (more like 5.5x4.25x4). I ordered the medium hoping for it to be big enough, but not too big. Maybe they were measuring with the skirt fluffed up.

The bank is so adorable. My niece got three at the shower, but it got the most attention because of the packaging.
However, I wasn't satisfied w/ the packaging. I've purchased the banks before and I never remember being that small. (I know the big ones don't come in the satin lined hat box) Anyway, it was so hard to remove the piggy from the hat box. I broke the styrofoam ring. And the satin was not attached to anything. It was the foam, a piece of satin on top of that and it was shoved in the box. I was so disappointed. And to get it back in, well that was another story. It was embarassing presenting it, praying she didn't try to pull the piggy out and messing up the satin. It's such a pretty presentation, but this time it was like a fake fascade.

I loved this cute piggy bank when I saw it! I was shopping for a gift for my two year old flower girl and though it was perfect for her. I know she will just adore it. I have a friend who is going to have a baby soon too and I can't wait to get her one of these cute banks for her baby shower gift.

This adorable bank was the perfect gift for my sister in law's baby girl shower. It is a small bank (the size of a small cantelope) so it works well for an infant's room. The price was more than reasonable. With 5 children of my own, I have purchased special piggy banks for each one, as well as for gifts for other nieces, nephews and friends. I would definitely purchase one of these again for a gift. However, if it was for a child over 5, I would choose the larger bank over this smaller one for the following three reasons: 1. the children are beginning to get more into saving money at those ages, 2. there is a high probability that a child under 5 will break the bank(literally that is), so wait to buy the big one until they are older, and 3. it is fun to have a big cool piggy bank sitting on your dresser.
